Advertising spend is separate from our service fee unless expressly agreed otherwise. Clients generally pay advertising platforms directly through their own accounts.

Results and Performance

Marketing performance depends on factors including competition, budget, offer, landing-page quality, sales follow-up, audience demand, and platform changes. We do not guarantee a specific number of leads, sales, revenue, ranking, or return on ad spend unless a specific written agreement expressly states otherwise.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, necessary access and approvals, lawful products and services, and timely feedback. Clients must ensure that the claims, offers, images, and materials they supply are accurate and legally permitted.

Third-Party Platforms

Services may depend on platforms such as Meta, Google, hosting providers, and other third-party tools. Digital Webhost does not control their policies, outages, account decisions, pricing, or algorithm changes.

Intellectual Property

Ownership and permitted use of creatives, websites, reports, and other deliverables will depend on the applicable proposal or written agreement. Third-party assets and software remain subject to their respective licences and terms.

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation terms, notice periods, and any applicable refunds will be governed by the written proposal or agreement for the relevant service. No refund is implied unless agreed in writing or required by applicable law.
